BALKAN FOOD TO YOUR TABLE
Whether you are hosting a gathering or just want a night off from the kitchen, we’ve done the hard work for you. We simmer the Goulash, layer the Moussaka, and roll the Makovnjača using the same traditional methods we used back home, so all you have to do is pick it up and enjoy.
Where’s the Trailer?
Our trailer is currently off the streets for the season, so you won’t find us in our usual park locations right now. But the kitchen is still rolling! The Balkanagan trailer is fully available for private events, festivals, and catering bookings throughout the Okanagan.
